The Leofoto HB-30 ballhead features oil-free design with single locking mechanism. This eliminates the need for lubricant and hence, no issues with grease freezing in low temperature and grease evaporating at high temperatures. This allows user to have the best stable and consistent experience of using the ballhead from -40oC to 60oC.
The quick release lever clamp features a new design which can hold up to 22kg when locked. It is also faster to use than the standard screw type, and has 3 positions: Fully closed, half open and fully open. Half open keeps the arca swiss plate in plate, it can only slide but it doesn't allow vertical lifting.
Crafted with hard anodized mirror polishing to allow an ultra-smooth movement even without lubrication.
